You will lead financial reporting and technical accounting engagements, oversee project progress, coach team members, and manage client relationships at a growing advisory firm.

Requirements

• In depth understanding of complex Accounting Advisory topics
• Ability to oversee and coach Managers and team members
• Excellent project management and client service skills
• Leadership and relationship building in a hybrid environment
• Participate in performance process and provide feedback

Responsibilities

• Oversee progress of entire engagement in preparation of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances
• Perform detailed review of work product, ensure complex technical items identified and addressed
• Prepare and review complex technical accounting memos
• Lead complex update client meetings and calls independently
• Understand engagement economics, leverage team, monitor margin, scheduling, invoicing
