Description

As a Shift Lead at Blank Street, you'll lead a team to deliver quality coffee and service, ensure smooth store operations, and drive sales and community engagement. You'll work closely with your General Manager and Senior Leadership to create lasting customer connections.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Love for cafe culture and people
• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
• Strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees
• Open and close location safely (key holder) and ensure cleaning duties
• Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability
