💼 About This Role

You'll own Reevo's post-sales function, ensuring customers achieve activation, adoption, and retention at scale. You'll build and lead the full post-sales org, designing systems that make time-to-value predictable and renewals boring. This role offers the chance to shape the customer success operating model from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and drive strategy for customer activation and time-to-value
  • Lead onboarding, CSM, TAM, and support teams
  • Design success plans, health scoring, and escalation protocols
  • Own retention and partner with sales on expansion

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or post-sales leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience leading multi-function post-sales organizations
  • Track record of improving activation, adoption, and retention at scale
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering in high-growth environments
