🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate employee satisfaction and hold team accountable for NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales.
• Manage resident ledgers and ensure work orders are completed within 48 hours.
• Lead community marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Track and maintain positive Net Operating Income through budget oversight and expense management.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and have valid driver's license.
