π― What You'll Do
- Act as main point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication across Slack, email, and CRM.
- Understand client needs and provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between design, production, marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring no deadlines are missed via CRM tracking.
π Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Prior experience working with eCommerce clients or within a marketing/advertising agency.
- Ability to work US business hours (EST/PST).
- Proficiency in English communication with excellent grammar and professional tone.
