Description

You will lead AI enablement across the engineering organization, defining strategy for embedding AI-native tools into the development lifecycle. You'll build custom tools, evaluate third-party platforms, drive adoption through training and metrics, and contribute to infrastructure automation using AWS and Terraform.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Development
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot
• Proficiency in Go or Python
• Strong experience with AWS and Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI-assisted development standards and best practices
• Evaluate, build, or adopt AI-powered tools for code quality and vulnerability detection
• Partner with engineering teams to drive AI tool adoption and lead enablement efforts
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to quantify AI tooling impact
• Contribute to production environment scaling using AWS and Terraform
