As a Technical Support I on the Investors and Enterprise Operations - Services Care team, you'll handle escalated customer support through clear communication and troubleshooting, while also performing back-office tasks like transaction processing and account verification. You'll develop deeper product knowledge and improve your technical troubleshooting skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years of customer support or technical support experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues simply
  • Experience using support tools like Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Comfort troubleshooting multi-step issues and learning new systems

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, chat, or internal systems to resolve issues
  • Explain technical concepts in simple language and set expectations
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues using diagnostic tools and knowledge articles
  • Process transactions, payouts, account updates, and ID verification according to policy
  • Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce and other internal tools
