💼 About This Role

You'll travel to customer sites to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain Standard Bots' six-axis robot arms in diverse manufacturing environments. Your work directly keeps robots running at peak performance, enabling manufacturers large and small to benefit from AI-powered automation without specialized coding skills. You'll be the trusted technical ambassador for America's fastest-growing robotics company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site
• Perform installations, commissioning, and system integration at customer facilities
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits and safety inspections
• Train customers on robot operation and basic troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in robotics or industrial automation
• Associate degree or higher in a technical field (engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with field service experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60–80% of the time

• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) or industrial robot repair
• Familiarity with PLC systems, machine vision, or end-of-arm tooling
• Programming knowledge in Python, C++, or robot programming languages
