You'll design and scale training programs for manufacturing environments, creating Train-the-Trainer models and content. Your work ensures consistent, high-quality workforce development across multiple sites and shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end training programs for consistent deployment
• Develop Train-the-Trainer programs with guides and certification
• Coach internal trainers to ensure consistent delivery
• Maintain training content to reflect process changes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• 3–7+ years in Learning Development or training program design
• Experience designing scalable training and Train-the-Trainer models
• Familiarity with LMS and regulated manufacturing environments

• Experience in e-learning development or digital training tools
• Ability to travel for site rollouts
• Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills
