Description

You will lead US HEOR strategy, design health economic models, develop value dossiers and payer evidence packages, manage real-world evidence studies, and partner cross-functionally to drive market access and commercial success.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s) in Health Economics or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and global HTA processes
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear value narratives

Responsibilities

• Define and lead US HEOR strategy aligned with commercial priorities
• Design and execute health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility)
• Develop value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and payer evidence packages
• Lead real-world evidence (RWE) strategy using registries and claims data
• Create market access strategy for new products
