You will manage and maintain relationships with VIP/high-value clients, acting as the main point of contact. You'll provide personalized service, monitor performance, identify upselling opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to drive retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience as Account Manager or VIP Manager
- Experience in iGaming/fintech/online services preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret client data
