Description

You will lead the design, build, and testing of Workday integration code, including Studio, EIB, and third-party coding, to connect Workday with external applications across HCM and Financial domains. You'll collaborate with clients and partners, escalate risks, and develop alternative approaches to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• Existing and up-to-date Workday Integrations Partner Certification and/or 3+ years hands-on Workday Integrations experience
• 1 full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation
• 2+ years consulting experience, most recently in Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar role, preferably with large consulting firm
• 3+ years experience in modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications
• Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, third-party coding)
• Collaborate with client and third parties to develop technical solutions
• Follow strategic direction set by client leadership
• Collaborate with client counterparts on shared objectives
