You'll use your medical expertise to training AI models by challenging them on clinical scenarios, diagnosing errors, and improving reasoning. This contract role involves evaluating model responses and documenting failure modes to advance AI in healthcare.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, DO) or master's/PhD in health sciences
• Fluency in French
• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, or hospital-based practice
• Clear metacognitive communication skills
• Secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge models on topics like differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols
