You'll architect Oscar's global outsourcing strategy, overseeing multiple contact center and business process functions across vendors in several countries. You'll drive core business transformation by shifting outsourcing toward transformational outcomes while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost goals. This strategic leadership role directly impacts member experience and company scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead analysis to determine functions optimized for outsourcing vs internal retention
• Design and execute operating model supporting scalability and risk mitigation
• Drive vendor selection process including RFP leadership and onboarding
• Negotiate MSAs and SOWs while monitoring value delivery and ROI
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for financial accuracy and member experience

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations or relevant field
• 10+ years in Insurance Operations
• 8+ years working with teams in multiple locations and disciplines
• 6+ years in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies
• 5+ years managing 3rd-party BPO/ITO relationships in insurance operations
