💼 About This Role

You'll lead POM development for a MAJCOM and shape executable resource proposals across multiple appropriations. You'll enable senior leadership decisions with cost analysis and risk assessments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead POM input development per MAJCOM guidance and timelines.
• Develop, analyze, and validate funding requirements across appropriations.
• Translate strategic guidance into programmatic resource proposals.
• Support budget reviews, program reviews, and drill processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of DoD financial management or PPBE experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Direct experience supporting POM development within MAJCOM, HAF, or equivalent.
• Secret clearance required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ABIDES, CRIS, or CCaR systems.
• Experience presenting to General Officer/SES leadership.
