📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential construction experience
• 1-2 years in construction material purchasing or sales
• Hands-on experience with blueprint takeoffs using PlanSwift or Bluebeam
• Familiarity with estimating platforms like Buildertrend or JobTread
