Requirements
- 1+ year leading a sales team in SMB/Mid-Market segment
- 5+ years of quota-carrying field experience in competitive market
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
- Experience recruiting and managing direct software sales teams
- Ability to articulate business value of enterprise technology
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, and retain high-achieving Account Executives
- Drive a high-performance culture to achieve sales goals
- Enable and mentor the sales team on MongoDB products
