You'll partner with existing customers to identify cross-sell opportunities and help them discover additional products that deepen their impact. You'll work at the intersection of customer success and revenue growth, driving measurable expansion while building long-term relationships.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities in existing customer accounts
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
- Manage the cross-sell sales cycle from proposal to close
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce
📋 Requirements
- 3-5+ years of SaaS sales or account management experience
- Proven experience in cross-sell and expansion with existing customers
- Strong consultative selling skills connecting products to outcomes
- Ability to manage a pipeline and achieve revenue targets

- Experience selling multi-product SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with product usage data to identify expansion signals
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success teams
