You'll partner with existing customers to identify cross-sell opportunities and help them discover additional products that deepen their impact. You'll work at the intersection of customer success and revenue growth, driving measurable expansion while building long-term relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities in existing customer accounts
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
  • Manage the cross-sell sales cycle from proposal to close
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of SaaS sales or account management experience
  • Proven experience in cross-sell and expansion with existing customers
  • Strong consultative selling skills connecting products to outcomes
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and achieve revenue targets

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling multi-product SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with product usage data to identify expansion signals
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success teams
