You'll lead a Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) team for federal clients, overseeing 24x7x365 security operations. Your impact includes maturing SOC strategies, processes, and technologies while preparing executive-level reports on threat trends. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a 24x7x365 CSOC team
• Develop and mature SOC strategies and processes
• Prepare executive-level reports on performance and threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, STEM, IT, or cybersecurity
• 5-7 years of cybersecurity experience with 5 years in SOC leadership
• In-depth technical expertise in SIEM, EDR, and incident response
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred) and U.S. citizenship

✨ Nice to Have

• GCFA, GREM, GCIH, OSCP, GPEN, or GFCE certification
• Hands-on experience as a SOC analyst or engineer
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems and threat intelligence
