📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as Staff or Principal Engineer in AI-driven environments
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, AI agents, and RAG
• Strong expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Fluency in both English and German
