Description

You will lead financial operations during a critical growth phase, building scalable systems and controls to support rapid decision-making. This hands-on role involves architecting accounting infrastructure, managing cash flow, cost accounting, financial reporting, and partnering with leadership to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including leading $50M+ organizations.
• Deep GAAP expertise, financial statement preparation, internal controls, and tax compliance.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial audits.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; hands-on ERP implementation (NetSuite preferred).
• Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to design scalable accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, tax) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop cash flow forecasting and runway management tools for real-time financial visibility.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement robust inventory and cost accounting.
• Ensure integrity of financial statements and compliance with GAAP, leading external audits.
• Implement and optimize ERP systems (NetSuite) and integrate with PLM/MRP/MES/procurement tools.
