Description

You will own continuity of supply for printed circuit boards on the Starlink program, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive production goals and deliver world-class products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience with PCBs, laminates, electrochemical processes, or microelectronics fabrication
• Electronics manufacturing experience, preferably with PCBs for high-speed/RF applications
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAIR, RCCA) and quality systems
• Willingness to travel 25-60% and work long hours/weekends

Responsibilities

• Own continuity of supply for printed circuit boards (PCBs) on Starlink
• Collaborate with design, R&D, commercial supply chain, and production teams to manage suppliers
• Identify, audit, and onboard new suppliers
• Implement and monitor production part approval process (PPAP) with suppliers
• Drive supplier root cause failure analysis and corrective actions
