🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and resolve outstanding items
• Calculate tenant recoveries including CAM, taxes, and utilities
• Support property budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of property accounting or related experience
• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with real estate systems
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
