💼 About This Role

You'll drive expansion within existing customers as a trusted technical advisor for Anrok's AI-driven tax automation platform. You'll own technical discovery, lead complex implementations, and manage escalations. Partner with Account Managers on revenue strategy and influence the product roadmap through customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical discovery for expansion within existing accounts.
• Partner with Account Managers on account strategy and QBRs.
• Lead complex implementations including multi-entity configurations.
• Run live technical consultations and manage escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Architect in SaaS.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for any audience.
• Track record of increasing scope and responsibility.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in billing, financial, or compliance software.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and automation tooling.
• Experience mentoring or building processes from scratch.
