You'll ensure proper infrastructure sizing and reliability to support threat management operations. This role is essential for a fast-growing global open-source company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers in deploying and configuring their platform.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Conduct platform health checks and recommend improvements.
• Write and update architecture documentation.

📋 Requirements

• UK security clearance at SC level or eligibility
• 5+ years in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm deployments
• Background in customer-facing technical roles

• Experience in cybersecurity industry
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Podman
