You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to deliver data-driven design decisions that balance advertiser goals and business outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish UX strategy for advertising products
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on feature prioritization
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests)
• Design and prototype using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suite

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of UX/product design experience
• Experience in e-commerce or retail UX design
• Strong understanding of usability principles and user research
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
