💼 About This Role

You'll join Jump Trading's global Clearing team to ensure reliable flow of trading activity across markets. You'll manage moment-to-moment risk for trading teams and perform daily clearing functions. This role features a 4-day workweek including one weekend day.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily trade capture, lifecycle management, and reconciliation
• Resolve breaks across venues and products
• Work with trading teams, brokers, exchanges, and internal stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and maintain procedural documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a related operational role in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Knowledge of post-trade lifecycles (Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, or Options)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or STEM field

• Python and SQL skills
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity and clearing systems
• Process improvement experience
