🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate SEM, EDX, Optical Microscopy, XRD for defect identification
• Perform destructive and non-destructive testing of product samples
• Support process engineers with DOE execution and data collection
• Create defect tracking dashboards and trend analysis

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Basic understanding of process engineering principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Ability to work in a lab or manufacturing environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous internship in process or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with characterization tools like SEM, EDX, XRD
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (JMP or Minitab)
