You'll own ZURU's early careers programme end-to-end across New Zealand and Australia, attracting and developing top talent. This role is critical to building ZURU's future talent pipeline by delivering a high-impact candidate experience. You'll strengthen university partnerships and continuously refine selection processes.

• Manage end-to-end internship and early careers programme
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and partners
• Lead annual internship recruitment campaign
• Design and deliver high-impact internship experience

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in early careers or campus recruitment
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end programmes or projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Passion for early careers and candidate experiences
