💼 About This Role

You'll engage and support customers via phone and email, prioritizing the customer experience for a digital banking platform that helps business owners manage finances. You'll investigate and problem-solve with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution, playing a key role in scaling our Customer Support engine during an exciting growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Engage and support customers via phone and email empathetically and professionally
  • Build meaningful connections with customers beyond small talk
  • Investigate and problem-solve with Engineering, Risk, and Product teams
  • Own and improve the public support knowledge base with actionable articles
  • Track data from customer interactions to drive product and process improvements

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or customer-facing role
  • Clear, concise, and personable verbal and written communication
  • Team-first mentality with willingness to share and learn
  • Deep empathy for customers and ability to be resourceful and direct

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk
  • Prior tech start-up or fast-paced environment experience
  • Proficiency in Spanish
