You'll engage and support customers via phone and email, prioritizing the customer experience for a digital banking platform that helps business owners manage finances. You'll investigate and problem-solve with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution, playing a key role in scaling our Customer Support engine during an exciting growth phase.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Engage and support customers via phone and email empathetically and professionally
- Build meaningful connections with customers beyond small talk
- Investigate and problem-solve with Engineering, Risk, and Product teams
- Own and improve the public support knowledge base with actionable articles
- Track data from customer interactions to drive product and process improvements
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or customer-facing role
- Clear, concise, and personable verbal and written communication
- Team-first mentality with willingness to share and learn
- Deep empathy for customers and ability to be resourceful and direct
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk
- Prior tech start-up or fast-paced environment experience
- Proficiency in Spanish
