You'll lead paid acquisition across multiple channels, brands, and markets for Bumble, translating portfolio strategy into disciplined execution. • Translate growth strategy into coordinated channel and market-level plans.
• Manage and optimize significant budgets for registrations, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze cross-market performance to identify patterns, risks, and scaling opportunities.
• Partner with Creative, Product, and Analytics to improve performance and testing velocity.

📋 Requirements

• 6-9 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Multi-channel, multi-market portfolio management experience.
• Strong commercial judgment and comfort with imperfect information.
• Data-driven and proactive in surfacing insights.
