National Account Executive

Description

You will act as the primary Account Executive for Bloomerang’s National Account Program, managing a set of assigned accounts for federated nonprofit structures. Your goal is to create a path of least resistance for independent affiliates by negotiating master-level benefits and standardized onboarding frameworks, driving one-to-many sales strategies to penetrate local affiliates and chapters.

Requirements

  • Understanding of nonprofit structures, especially federated organizations
  • Strong empathy, relationship building, and networking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and creatively
  • Exceptional communication, especially value-based selling
  • Experience with nonprofit SaaS sales

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed personal quota goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Conduct discovery calls emphasizing business value, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations
  • Build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline approximately twice your sales quota
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts including webinars, office hours, and targeted outreach
  • Work strategically with national offices to launch targeted initiatives to increase adoption
