Requirements

• 12+ years in design/art direction with 7-10+ years in senior leadership at agencies
• Proven experience leading design or studio function in hybrid advertising or healthcare communications
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, branding, and visual identity
• Hands-on craft across image-making, retouching, motion, and digital design
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as agency-wide voice on design craft and visual excellence
• Lead design function across campaigns, branding, and digital experiences
• Oversee development of logos, brand systems, style guides, and visual identities
• Lead and develop Design and Presentation departments
• Drive innovation through design trends, emerging tech, motion, and AI tools
