🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on product selection.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and in-person.
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers.
• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or distribution).
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking skills are mandatory.
