You will contribute to the success of social media initiatives for key Mobility Transport clients, supporting the team in delivering compelling campaigns. You'll work closely with senior team members, assisting in client support and the day-to-day execution of social media activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record with social media initiatives
• Knowledge of TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Experience building client relationships and contributing to key conversations
• Strong written communication and persuasive copywriting skills
• Experience presenting social media analytics and performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and execution of social media initiatives for government agencies
• Act as client liaison and support counsel on social media direction
• Create social media copy aligned with government mandates and communication objectives
• Ensure rigorous editing and quality assurance for social media content
• Develop and present social media performance analyses and actionable insights
