You'll support secure network technologies in a dynamic IT environment within the Department of State, including maintenance, provisioning, and deployment. You'll use network monitoring tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and play a critical role in improving network efficiency.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Monitor network performance and security using NOC tools.
  • Respond to alerts, diagnose failures, and implement corrective actions.
  • Apply security patches, updates, and firewall configurations.
  • Manage and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • 5+ years experience with network communications provisioning and support
  • 5+ years experience in a NOC environment
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switch and router configuration

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with NeuralStar and Splunk
  • ManageEngine experience
  • High-level networking certifications: CISSP, CCNA, Security+
