🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end recruiting for technical roles from IC to executive
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for specialized technical domains
• Use talent metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency
• Close candidates through strategic offer negotiation and relationship building

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring ICs to executives
• Strong analytical skills with experience establishing metrics and presenting insights
• Deep understanding of technical roles across engineering, product, and design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, Infrastructure, or distributed systems roles
• Background in recruiting operations or team leadership
• Familiarity with Ashby and Juicebox
