You'll join the TPO vertical of GoodLeap's Capital Markets team, managing project finance for solar lease and PPA projects. You'll lead deal execution, manage junior team members, and deepen investor relationships. This role demands deep expertise in tax equity and project debt.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage junior team members executing TPO financing tasks
• Develop and refine financial models for tax equity and project debt
• Manage investor relationships and expand investor base
• Collaborate with counsel to negotiate transaction documents

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of project finance, structured finance, or investment banking experience
• Experience managing project finance deal processes
• Expert with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of accounting statements and financing structures
