Description

You will lead the architecture and design of high-performance antenna systems for consumer electronics, from concept to mass production. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative wireless products while ensuring regulatory compliance and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years shipping high-volume consumer electronics with multiple wireless technologies
• Deep expertise in antenna design and electromagnetics for consumer devices
• Proficient in EM simulation tools (ANSYS HFSS, CST) and Matlab
• Hands-on with RF lab equipment (anechoic chambers, VNAs, spectrum analyzers)
• Experience with carrier certification and regulatory compliance (FCC, CE)

Responsibilities

• Lead antenna system architecture and design across full product lifecycle
• Define antenna and RF strategy aligned with product roadmap
• Drive EMI/RF desense mitigation through simulations and testing
• Partner with manufacturing for robust implementation
• Generate data-driven reports and presentations
