🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including technology agreements
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counter-parties
• Train and manage lawyers within the legal team
• Manage and respond to contract disputes with opposing parties

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of a state bar
• At least 5 years of legal experience
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation
