💼 About This Role

You'll inspect and photograph residential and agricultural properties to update property records for a major project. You'll travel daily in Lycoming County, PA to measure buildings and capture digital images.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and verify property images and data for accuracy
• Travel to properties and inspect exteriors
• Measure and document building dimensions and characteristics
• Capture clear digital images of properties

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 year of residential data collection and property measurement
• Ability to read maps and locate physical locations
• Good math skills for calculating square footage

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sketching on Apex or other platforms
• Strong spatial ability to visualize floor plans
