You'll lead go-to-market campaigns in Fortune 500 accounts supporting Microsoft, driving value-based growth. You'll expand Databricks' footprint into new business units and use cases, exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. This role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategy at a leading Unified Data Analytics and AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and LOB executives
- Drive value-based growth within the account
- Expand Databricks footprint into new business units and use cases
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in larger accounts
- Previous field sales experience within big data, Cloud, SaaS
- Prior customer relationships with CIOs and essential decision makers
- Ability to simplify technical capability into value-based benefit

- Experience in an early-stage company environment
- Knowledge of Apache Spark, Delta Lake, or Databricks platform
