Description

As a Solutions Architect on the Applied AI team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to government technology customers, helping them integrate Claude into their systems. You'll guide customers from initial discovery through deployment, designing scalable architectures and evaluation frameworks while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, TAM)
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Python and LLM frameworks or background in ML/data science

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption journey
• Support customers building with Claude Code, API, and Enterprise
• Create and deliver compelling technical content for technical and executive audiences
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their tech stack
