Description

Lead OneStream implementations and optimizations across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, while collaborating with clients to solve complex CPM challenges. You will mentor teams, support business development, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years full life cycle experience implementing OneStream XF
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions for functional business needs
• Experience leading project delivery and quality control on consulting projects
• Strong understanding of CPM business processes (close, consolidation, reporting, planning)
• OneStream business rules and/or .NET/VBA/SQL experience

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical aspects of OneStream engagements across full project lifecycle
• Support business development pursuits, demonstrations, and proposal efforts
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology and identify improvement opportunities
• Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream capabilities and best practices
• Collaborate with other Highspring services as business partner and advisor
