Description

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for the healthcare industry, including supply chain, SaaS, IT, and procurement agreements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance on contract management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in-house legal experience in healthcare industry
• Expertise in SaaS, IT, procurement, and supply chain contract management
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including fraud/abuse laws and HIPAA/HITECH
• Active bar admission in state of primary residence
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare commercial contracts (supply chain, SaaS, IT, procurement)
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development teams
• Develop contract management best practices and risk mitigation strategies
• Assist in resolving contractual disputes and advise on risk assessment
