💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead high-impact People programs at Wrapbook, a payroll and accounting platform for production teams. You'll shape engagement, leadership, and connection across the company, using AI-forward approaches to rethink program design. This role offers the chance to drive measurable business outcomes through strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of major company moments like annual offsites.
• Own end-to-end project management across a portfolio of People initiatives.
• Build and maintain program infrastructure (charters, timelines, DACI, metrics).
• Develop learning content such as guides, toolkits, and workshop materials.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in People, HR, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
• Proven success leading end-to-end, company-wide programs (e.g., engagement surveys, leadership programs).
• Exceptional program and project management skills with clarity in ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve work.

• Experience with AI fluency and modern L&D approaches.
• Ability to connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with the production or entertainment industry.
