Description

You will create and edit video content, ensure high-quality production, and collaborate with the creative team to meet project goals using AI and traditional tools. You'll work on a wide range of marketing materials from social assets to 2D animation, leveraging AI platforms like Pencil to deliver innovative ads.

Requirements

• Experience as a motion designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related design studio
• Proven portfolio of motion design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3
• Comfortable with fundamental GenAI techniques like model selection, creative prompting, and collaborative AI-driven ideation
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and a collaborative attitude

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt high-quality content leveraging AI and traditional tools
• Produce visual assets that align with client's creative standards
• Take projects from brief to completion, injecting new ideas and creativity
• Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files
• Maintain active AI proficiency through training and up-skilling
• Collaborate and contribute to AI knowledge-sharing sessions
