💼 About This Role

You'll design and administer Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization environments for enterprise, mission-critical workloads. You'll provide technical leadership for virtualized workloads and support day-to-day operations and migrations. This role offers hands-on exposure to container-native virtualization and hybrid platform modernization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization environments and VMs.
• Implement high availability, resiliency, and DR for workloads.
• Optimize cluster and VM performance and capacity utilization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and serve as technical escalation point.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of infrastructure or virtualization experience.
• Proven experience operating OpenShift clusters in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of virtualization concepts (compute, storage, networking, HA, DR).

✨ Nice to Have

• VMware vSphere administration experience.
• Experience with other hypervisors (Nutanix, KVM).
• Exposure to container-native storage and networking solutions.
