Description

You will provide technical direction and tier 3 support for an 800+ end-user environment. You'll collaborate with IT leadership to integrate enterprise software and hardware solutions, participate in transformational projects, and ensure infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, browsers, security configurations
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server 2008-2022
• Familiarity with O365, MDM, SyxSense, and 3rd party applications
• Ability to support mixed platform environment including iPads and phone systems
• Experience with endpoint patch management and software license compliance

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining strategies for end user and desktop infrastructure design and optimization
• Collaborate on Service Desk infrastructure planning and implementation
• Monitor daily application and device status for SAAS applications and end user environment
• Research IT-related SAAS application updates and roadmaps
• Create and update technical documentation
