Description

You will own the end-to-end vision and evolution of Roku's Video Ad Platform, which powers programmatic advertising across Roku Media. You'll ensure interoperability across the advertising ecosystem while driving cohesive platform strategy to balance advertiser outcomes, viewer experience, and scalable monetization.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in video advertising technology and programmatic marketplace design.
  • Experience owning end-to-end platform vision for supply, demand, and ad decisioning.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop senior product managers and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to translate technical platform strategy into business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
  • Proven experience driving scalable integration patterns using industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive multi-year vision for Video Ad Platform covering supply, demand, ad serving, and data signals.
  • Own product strategy for supply management including inventory governance, eligibility, packaging, and monetization controls.
  • Define how DSPs, SSPs, and measurement partners integrate with Roku's marketplace.
  • Establish platform standards for identity, contextual signals, and measurement inputs for optimization and decisioning.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior product managers; set operating frameworks for prioritization and execution.
